Payment

Payment can be made using credit/debit cards or PayPal on my secure payment site. You do not need to have a PayPal account set up – just choose the option to pay by card.  All transactions are processed through PayPal for added peace of mind. If you would like to pay using an alternative method then please contact us we will can arrange this.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail or Hermes signed for, who will deliver our glass safely. Delivery comes at an additional cost and is stated by the item for sale. Please contact me for prices for international shipping. 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Email me within 48 hours of receiving your product to arrange returns. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging within 7 days of arranging the return.
