Welcome to The Glass Workshop Wales online shop. Please note I have closed the online shop for the time being.

Everything I make is hand cut and processed. The method is time consuming and you never know exactly how the result will be. That is also the fun of it!! Every piece therefore is unique and can never be exactly reproduced. As it is handwork it is not perfect like a factory made product. That is the charm of it and maybe you that is why folk call it art!

I use,  where possible, environmentally friendly products meaning the kiln floor is lined with a volcanic natural material which can be re-used and is not harmful for the user or the environment, also I use mostly crushed glass powder for colouring my pieces (just like Murano glass) this has a low impact on our environment as well.

I make items on a bespoke basis and occasionally add to the shop. Please do check the shop from time to time for updates. Alternatively, contact me directly with any questions.

Payment

Payment can be made using credit/debit cards or PayPal on my secure payment site. You do not need to have a PayPal account set up – just choose the option to pay by card.  All transactions are processed through PayPal for added peace of mind. If you would like to pay using an alternative method then please contact me and we will can arrange this.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail or myHermes signed for, who will deliver our glass safely. Delivery comes at an additional cost and is stated by the item for sale and included in price at checkout unless otherwise stated. Please contact me for prices for international shipping. 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Email me within 48 hours of receiving your product to arrange returns. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging within 7 days of arranging the return.
